Gulf Regional Innovative Teaching Conference - GRITC 2024

Building relationships in the classroom is crucial for creating a safe and inclusive environment, enhancing student engagement, improving classroom management, and facilitating personalized learning. This session will provide teachers with effective strategies and tools to help establish relationships that will add joy back into the classroom--for both students and teachers. Although most of the strategies showcased in this session are used with secondary students, they could be adapted for use with younger students as well.
